1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and handed over to shipping carriers within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended.
From time to time, certain items may be backordered, which may delay shipment. You will be notified if this occurs.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see this email.
2. Carrier Partners
VeyaPeptides.com partners with trusted carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx, to ensure reliable delivery.
Once a package leaves our facility, it is under the control of the carrier. While we monitor shipments, we do not control carrier transit times, routing decisions, or handling once possession has transferred.
Tracking Your Order
For the most accurate and real-time delivery updates, please use your tracking number directly on the carrier’s official website.
3. Shipping Insurance
Shipping insurance is included on all orders and covers packages that are lost or damaged by the carrier during transit.
• Lost Packages:
A waiting period of 20 business days from the date of carrier pickup is required before a package can be officially declared lost and an insurance claim initiated.
• Damaged Packages:
If your package arrives damaged, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery.
To file a claim, we require clear photographic evidence of:
• The damaged product
• The internal packaging
• The external shipping box
This documentation is mandatory per insurance provider requirements.
• Theft:
Shipping insurance does not cover theft after a successful delivery is confirmed by the carrier.
VeyaPeptides.com is not liable for stolen packages once delivery is marked complete.
4. RETURNS & REFUNDS
All Sales Are Final
Due to the sensitive nature of research chemicals and the potential for contamination or tampering, all sales are final.No returns, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted once an order has been placed. Customers are responsible for reviewing their order carefully before checkout.Damaged or Defective ItemsWe stand behind the quality of our products.If an item arrives damaged or is suspected to be defective, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery.
For suspected defects:
• HPLC test results from an accredited laboratory are required
• Anecdotal claims or personal observations will not be accepted
• Clear photographic evidence must be provided
Upon verification and approval, VeyaPeptides.com, at its sole discretion, may issue a replacement, store credit, or refund for the affected product.
Missing Items
If an item is missing from your order, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery, providing your order number and details of the missing product.
We utilize checklists, double-verification procedures, and dispatch photographs to confirm order accuracy. Dispatch photos are retained for 3 business days.
If the claim is verified, the missing item will be shipped promptly.
Fraud Prevention
To protect against fraudulent claims:
• All packages are photographed with shipping labels prior to dispatch
• High-value orders may require signature confirmation upon delivery
Any attempt to exploit or falsify claims may result in account termination.
5. PRODUCT TESTING & QUALITY GUARANTEE
We are confident in the purity and quality of our products.
If a product is tested by an accredited third-party laboratory and the Certificate of Analysis (CoA) shows:
• Purity below 95%, or
• Quantity more than 10% under the labeled amount,
VeyaPeptides.com will cover the cost of the test and issue a refund, store credit, or replacement for the affected product.
Anecdotal claims will not be accepted.
Important Notes
•This guarantee does not apply to compounds where the labeled amount refers to the total salt weight and the active yield is scientifically known to be lower.
•It is the researcher’s responsibility to understand compound yield and formulation.
•The laboratory must be accredited, and test results must be verifiable directly with the facility by telephone in the United States.
6. CHARGEBACK POLICY
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our support team to resolve an issue is considered a serious breach of our policies.
If you file a chargeback:
• Your account and all associated information (name, email, address) will be permanently banned from future purchases at VeyaPeptides.com
• Information may be shared with fraud-prevention networks and payment processors
• The chargeback will be formally contested using all available evidence
• If resolved in your favor, a USD $35 administrative processing fee may be deducted from any future refund or order
